Great news to hear, Tharen. You of course have our patience and support. Like what Fanliorel said, the more time put into the new album the better it will be. Take your time!  I'm also eager for new Amestigon.  And Crown Thy Horns is AMAZING by the way. I wish you good luck and a good new home |

Man, I really wish you make some more albums, Dargaard is really epic. Very few bands can make such atmosphere.

The new album shall be, of course, worth the wait and, as it has taken a number of years to complete, I wouldn't be surprised if it's the most dynamic and layered of the Dargaard albums, no? - nevertheless, I am quite anxious for the day of its arrival, whenever that may be. |

There are 2 possibilities
- If the new album happens, that should be great news, for all the fanbase.
And I am sure there are people still listening to Dargaard a lot.
That is obvious in Last-Fm by observing some stats.
- If the album does not happen, we still be greatful to Tharen and Elisabeth for the fine music they made.
Also, Dargaard in on the top 2-3 % of the bands I know, that have not made a bad release.
And that will continue through the aeons..

If the new album happens, It'll be camping inside my Cd player and won't be able to come out of it I'll listen to it 24/7... just like I did with Rise and Fall |

One of things that are awesome in Dargaard is books inspiration. Its great that few songs refere to Dragonlance  Maybe 'Songf of Fire and Ice' by George R R Martin could be some inspiration for new album? That would be awesome, and the time is right - upcoming HBO series I also want to thank you Elizabeth and Tharen for your awesome work. I really enojy all of it and its also very inspiring. respect! |

Maybe, some of us, fans should start an international neoclassical darkwave project, I see many of us have a home studio, so what are we waiting for? Let us make Tharen proud.

I have been a fan of dargaard since they first came out and i always will be there music trancends the boundaries and is so hauntingly beautiful to tharen and elisabeth you will always have a loyal following who will remain loyal no matter what or how long it takes we your fans are patient you dont know how much your music impacts our lives and gives us hope and guidance in a world that is without it i believe i speak for everyone here with what i said cause it cmae from my heart a fan always mike.

It's been 5 years since I got turned on to Dargaard, and the music is still at the top of all my playlists. Dargaard is, without question, the ultimate darkwave sound. I remain hopeful that a new album might be in the works.
Surely these unsettling times can provide the sort of somber inspiration you need Tharen? Some days I almost feel like I could do it myself.....but then I snap back to reality and just wish Tharen and Elisabeth would do it for me =)
So I'm breaking the silence to say that many of us are still anxiously awaiting any new Dargaard material. In the past couple years the old albums have found their way onto iTunes, so there is much more exposure to the band now as well. This could be a great time to see something new. But really, anytime would be a great time.
Long live Dargaard!

The last msg I received from Tharen he explained that he almost finished with his studio room, and he hopes inspiration strucks him again when he has assambled the studio. that was back in June of 2011. so I believe he might be working on a new project for Dargaard. u know those great musicians disappear for a while and then surprise us with a new album.
